The location is perfect, less than 2 minute walk for the light rail and 5 minutes to darling harbour and the opera house. The bed is really soft, and the rooms could have been cleaner and slightly bigger. Customer service is amazing and truly made you feel like a five star luxury hotel. Had an amazing stay. We split our stay between the partial harbor view and the full harbor view rooms and both gave us an unbeatable view of the opera house and bridge. The breakfast was also the perfect start of each day. The service was also top notch! Would highly recommend. Finally, the location can't be beat. You can go pretty much anywhere of interest with ease by walking, bus, or ferry.

Very good views if you get full Harbour view. Normal Deluxe Rooms are definitely small. Staff is awesome. You notice that it is dated overall. I got a great room for an affordable price including the great four seasons amenities. Pool is quite significantly dated. It would be even better if the interior got refreshed but it’s still very nice and luxurious.
