Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood (couple trip)

Very nice hotel in a decent area. I say that as it's definitely the nicest building with a few blocks, but just a couple away the area gets very nice. I had a great stay in my room, but there may be a couple communication issues between the hotel and their on-site restaurants. The chef at Onyx (who did a great job and offered a wonderful experience) was on a different page regarding what the hotel...

A quality Hotel, great location and fantastic staff. The rooms are fantastic. Also.a special mention to Sammy & Roselle for taking the time to sign a card expressing gratitude for staying at the Crowne Plaza. A nice touch which shows they value customer service. The sky bar is a must if you choose to stay here.

The bedroom was not quite what I expected, although based on the reviews, it wasn’t too bad overall. Firstly, the pillows were too high. There were four pillows provided, all quite thick and firm.
