Crown Towers Sydney (couple trip)

The sheets had not been cleaned, and unfortunately, I only realized this after sleeping on them. Additionally, the shower cap box was empty just as I was about to take a shower. This level of service is unacceptable from a premium hotel. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel. I emailed the hotel manager two days ago and have yet to receive a response.

Rooms are nice with a great view, they are clean and smell fresh. Bed is super comfy and great pillows. However, the service is absolutely terrible and the staff are obnoxious, rude, arrogant and very uninviting. Made me and my girlfriend feel as if we weren’t welcome at all. The $500 bond is also ridiculous as other hotels have it set as $100. Won’t be back considering the ridiculous price.

We were really disappointed with our stay. When we first got our room, it was not clean. We called the receptionist, and they said the front desk would call us back, but after waiting for 1.5 hours, no one contacted us. We had to go down ourselves to sort it out. One of the most stunning hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The room at Crown Towers Sydney was spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light.
