What makes it 81% Baby-Friendly: Babies enter free and can stay in prams along wide ramps; parent rooms and change tables aid carers, yet no pram hire, uncertain bottle-warming, dim lighting, and crowd noise may challenge some families.

Positives:

  • Baby Entry Free: Children under 2 years enter at no charge, lowering overall cost.
  • Stroller Access: All areas are pram-friendly so you can move easily without folding the stroller.
  • Parent & Child Rooms: Use the quiet rooms to feed or change your baby away from crowds.

Challenges:

  • No Pram Hire: You must bring your own stroller; there’s no cloakroom for leaving prams.
  • Dim Lighting: Low light in some tunnels may make it harder to see your baby’s expressions.
  • Bottle Warming Uncertain: No official bottle warmer; ask staff on arrival to confirm availability.

I bought a multi ticket to see four different experiences. Wild Life Zoo? Done! Madame Tussauds? Done! Sea Life Aquarium? Done! All fantastic experiences. I originally thought that the aquarium would have been the least interesting for me, but I have just completed an interesting 50-minute walk through the aquarium - and that was without stopping to read the information. Thoroughly recommended! I...

Loved it! Amazing experience. Clean and nicely arranged. The dugong alone was worth , Super cute. The boat ride through the penguin habitat was super .it took longer to get on and off than the actual ride was. But has to wait in a line for ride. But worth to wait. shark tank-walk through with lots to see. Lots of fishes. Feel like walks under the sea. 🌊

Loved it! The dugong alone was worth it, because where else will you see that? Super cute. The boat ride through the penguin habitat was super short, and while cool (literally!), it took longer to get on and off than the actual ride was. Not worth waiting in a line, if there is one. The penguins are cute, shark tank cool, the rays (eagle rays?) amazing, and it is an easy walk through with lots to ...

The aquarium was larger than I expected, and the variety of marine life was truly impressive — it’s definitely worth a visit. You can easily spend 2 to 3 hours here, making it a great spot for families with children. It’s a wonderful opportunity for kids to learn about and connect with the ocean. Hopefully, experiences like this will inspire more people to care about marine ecosystems and help pre...

Great experience for kids. They would really enjoy the visit. Lots of information also available as you pass through different sections. Reserve a good few hours to this place. It's great to see the massive sharks over your head as you pass through the glass ceiling walkways. Also there is a dugong inside one of the tanks. Also Penguins!
