Prams fit lower garden paths and Market City has a nursing room, yet bumpy pavements, loud hawker smoke and limited change tables elsewhere make outings with an infant only somewhat comfortable.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: A leisurely stroll with breaks allows time for markets, garden visit, and baby needs.
Chinese Garden of Friendship – Lower Garden:

A busy Chinatown with lots of restaurants around. The food is mainly Asian style food and most of them are delicious with reasonable price.

We visited Chinatown for the Neon Playground. What a vibe! We had a great time with so much food, live music and entertainment. Definitely worth the trip into the city.
