Pacific Paradise Airport Motel (couple trip)

Booked here bc close to Sunshine Coast Airport. Requested early check in. Arrived. Rang number & key code given. Clean room. No small ‘snacks’ in room, tiled step up to bathroom area is a painful trip hazard. Attempted reception after 2pm..door still locked. The traffic noise is DREADFUL! Started in earnest at 5.23am with constant heavy vehicles & cars passing, beeping, on main road 30 metres away...

Honestly for the price and ease of distance to the airport it's perfect. I had a tidy room with a notable attempt at modernisation. I wouldn't book here for a lavish holiday as it's just not that type of place, but for a night stay it got the job done. The office lady/owner is very friendly and I have only positive things to say. Was here for a few months and the service I had was amazing. Jacqui the manager is amazing and great to have a talk to. My 2 year old daughter had heaps of space for her toys and ball pit in the room and we had a queen and single bed. Never once had an issue with anything in the room if there was an issue it was resolved pretty quickly.

We stayed in room b, for about $250 for one night, which appears to be a converted garage. It was reasonably clean, beds ok but very cramped. Bathroom was recently renovated but had some issues with shower head spraying all through the bathroom when door was open to adjust water for kids. Bathroom flooded and they didn’t have a floor waste so only way to get rid of water was to mop up with towels....

Not a bad place if on a budget. My main problem was the bed. Because they are on wheels, they roll around easily while you're in it if you turn over. Also it would be good if there was a door between the main room and the walk in. Otherwise you have to get dressed in the bathroom which has no where to put clothes if the towels are already up. Decent size room considering the price. Friendly staff.
