Nightcap at Kawana Waters Hotel (solo trip)

The doors in the room stuck. And there was not an inside lock to lock the door from the inside. Location was amazing. Plenty parking nearby and central located for all things in the Sunshine Coast. The meals at the hotel were great and really nice atmosphere.

Booked 2 nights only stayed one night due to these issues Poor customer service not advising you cannot enter the restaurant if your under 18. Took 6 calls to get hold of reception to get room key on arrival. Fire alarms went off 9pm They then lied about the fire alarm going off. Then when requested a refund they refused to tell the truth. A an amazing spot to stay specially if you are in a party mood. Decent rooms, the guy at the reception was very helpful. Pub right next to the hotel and a shopping center less than 500 metres away walking distance. The outdoor pool looked like was not really managed well, so didn’t jump in otherwise an amazing stay

Super convenient location! Lots of food near by and it’s close to the beach or wharf. Beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. Really enjoyed our stay of two nights. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The aircons were a little dirty and need a good clean. Would stay again!

Loved our stay, so much we booked an extra night. All the staff at reception were warm and welcoming. The cleaners were lovely, rooms were in good condition with milk, water, coffee station topped up every day. Located right next to everything you need. Only issue was the door going to the balcony was tough to open but that's an easy fix. hanks so much to all the staff :)
