Mantra Mooloolaba Beach (solo trip)

I stayed one night at Mantra, and I found it to be expensive compared to other 4 to 5-star hotels. However, it does not meet the expected standards. I requested two twin beds, but they combined them and put a bedding sheet on top as if it were a king bed. Additionally, no toothpaste was provided, and the toilet was not clean.

Stayed for anniversary, was surprised with a bottle of champagne. The room was perfect for a couple to stay in. Nice deep round spa bath. Tv connects to phone from chrome cast if needing to catch up on a show you missed at night, because you’re out enjoying the view or one of the pools. Lovely to stay here again

We have just had a 10 day stay here. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and the reception area was very clean and inviting. We stayed in a 1 bedroom superior room. The room certainly wasn’t superior. It was really in need of an update. The carpet in the lounge was stained, the TV was useless mainly news channels. My partner and I used all facilities except for the indoor heated pool. We were looking forward to its use on the colder windy day but it did not look clean with visible dust covering the floor, if in fact it was clean there is a large section that has metal staining and does not look appealing to enter. I'd recommend looking into an acid wash to clean that up or if it's bad enough maybe even lo...

Stayed two nights and had a one bedroom apartment with ocean view. On arrival that lady that greeted us was friendly and welcoming. View was beautiful and room was spotless clean. While the room furnishings were a little dated the bed was very comfortable. Great location close to many restaurants and beach walks. Will be back again.
