Bayside Landscaping and Earthworx
We regularly stay here and always enjoy our stays. It's close to the beach, shops and cafe's restaurants etc all within walking distance. Staff are realy kind and helpful and rooms are clean and well set out. It has a rec room gym and pool I just wish it had a sauna or spa.

Have stayed here before some 10 plus years ago and was fantastic then. Was a little worried we’d be disappointed coming back expecting the same high expectations but needn’t have worried, it was even better. Rooms so modern and clean and very spacious. Matched by the fabulous decks. Thanks we’ll be back for another trip.

M1 Resort exceeded our expectations. It is in a great location being walking distance from restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach. It was very nice to be checked in by the team rather than having to go to a lockbox at another location which seems to be the norm these days. The apartment was modern and spotlessly clean. We would definitely choose M1 Resort for our next stay in Maroochydore

One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are beautiful, have everything you need. Furnished balcony. Foxtel, wifi, full kitchen and laundry. Love the location, walking distance to Sunshine Plaza shopping centre, restaurants, park. The manager is so lovely.
