BreakFree Grand Pacific Caloundra (couple trip)

These apartments are in a great location, an easy walk to everything you need in Caloundra. The pool and BBQ area are excellent, and the apartments are comfortable and a great place to stay with family or friends

For $350 a night, I expected a much higher standard. Firstly, the parking instructions were terrible and extremely confusing. Finding our allocated parking spot was far more difficult than it should have been. Secondly, the cleanliness and condition of the room were disappointing. Our unit was dirty....unit 40. In the second bedroom, the filter for the air-conditioning was full of dust and crap. The air-conditioning wasn't very cold even on 17 degrees BUT the worse thing was the fridge. The freezer worked, but the fridge wasn't keeping things cold. We spoke to centre management about this and they gave us a small bar fridge to use for 2 days. Then they came to take back the...

Great view from the balcony, pool was great . A lot included for the very reasonable price, but definitely room for improvement, bathroom supplies empty, multiple lights and fans not working, bathroom especially shower very dated. Overall very happy though and would stay again just for that view and balcony
