The Events Centre, Caloundra (solo trip)

My daughters school hall is better, this so called event centre is shameful and inadequate. The seating is a bunch of uncomfortable chairs connected together, the ones you get in a school class room. Staff are weird and felt the need to tell every single person where to go, even ones that said they know where to go, not rude just made you uncomfortable.

Did a show here end of 2024 and it was great to work with the front and back of house team. We got lots of help across the whole project and ended up having a great time at all points of it. Appreciate everyone here! Also was late to watch a show once and the staff were nice and didn't make me feel bad :) Thanks everyone.

Went to a show at the Event Centre. Found it to be a nice place, staff were friendly and helpful parking was easy on the night. Has both outdoor and undercover. the dining areas and bar were not the prettiest around but does the job of providing pre show food and drinks. Great venue. Clean, easy access and parking, lovely friendly staff. Saw Hindley street country club play here fantastic- lighting sound just perfect. Well done everyone! So great having this venue locally not having to go down to Brisbane
