Cotton tree is probably my favourite picnic spot in the Sunny Coast. Plenty of parking, shade, bathrooms, close to coffee & cafes within walking distance. Safe places for swimming and fishing.

Cotton Tree Park is a nice place for a short walk or some recreation. The park is spacious and has a beautiful riverfront setting, making it a great spot for stand-up paddling. One of the nice place where you can spend your day. Full of crowds and there is nice Sandy Beach areas , children play area, Barbecue areas around in the park, good walking trial by the beach. You'll see Lots of Holiday Makers there as well busy place.
