The Adnate Perth - Art Series (solo trip)

Wow ! Excellent location and facilities. Loved the rooms and all the art works within the room and al over the hotel. Also the book you find in your room about photography is so interesting. To top it all off I left behind my iPad in my room and the hotel called me to confirm they found it after my departure so they are sending it to my home in Sydney! Great service indeed.

When I checked in on Sunday night around 11pm, I noticed that the toilet seat and the carpet floor got some sort of stain. The staff member attended immediately after my call, but it was to late as nothing could be done and there wasn't any offer to change a room or so. Housekeeping always very late…child and husband ill while staying but we went out for a walk anyway and rung to ensure it would be done…5pm on a Sunday and still not done.… Only 2 towels for 3 people every day we have been here so have to go looking for housekeeping to get an extra towel each day.
