I’ve stayed at Quest Fremantle twice for work. My first stay was excellent, but my second stay was disappointing. There were cleanliness issues in the shower, and despite reporting the same problem for three days straight, nothing was done until the receptionist eventually cleaned it themselves. Cannot say how lovely all the staff were, especially Nightingale!! She made an effort to learn my name and offer recommendations. I did not feel like a number here but a valued guest. I have stayed in other Quests around the country and feel they are a higher standard of property, compared to Fremantle. Lack of room servicing on Sundays and on-site parking were not apparent when booking. Noise from other guests in communal hallways came straight through room door. On a positive note, staff were very polite and helpful.
