Four Points by Sheraton Perth (couple trip)

Stayed in the hotel multiple times for a night. Last time stayed there for a whole week. On the upside - the reception personnel was always nice and friendly, there is always a jar of nonalcoholic drink at the reception which is nice, the rooms are spacious and clean. Very cozy hotel. Rooms are big though a bit dated. I thought the power points would provide international power plug options. So bring your own converters. Location wise not very central but free Cat buses stops just beside the hotels from Perth Station (from airport) - only 2 stops! Very friendly staff and just to shout out to a Mr. Son who was very helpful and just super friendly.

We stayed just the one night. Bed was comfortable, room clean and staff at check in were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, good range of vegetarian and dairy free options. Fitness centre was basic but good enough for a travel workout. The only issue we had was some noice from the lift overnight. Would stay again and request a room away from the lift.

Overall our stay was "fine" but I won't be booking the Four Points in Perth ever again. I'm not one to complain but there were a number of factors that really impacted our experience: (1) I was signed up to Marriott Bonvoy rewards after specifically declining when asked during check-in.
