Nice hotel in a great location on the Waterfront. Lovely big rooms, very comfy, quiet and clean. Breakfast is good and you can sit by a window looking out on the Waterfront. Cool bar on top Floor, with a 360 degree outside terrace with very good views. Walking distance from all the restaurants and about a 10-15 minute walk to the City Centre and shops. Great location for the ferry services. Close to restaurants. Easy walk to town shops. Free CAT bus services almost at door to go to Kings Park and many other places. Room is very comfortable. Great views from 11th floor and even better from the 18th floor rooftop.

Beautiful hotel, great location, very clean room. Noise level very minimal through out the hotel. Rooftop bar great relaxing space. Buffet breakfast could not be faulted with a good selection of choices and the best barista made coffee in Perth. Staff were friendly in all areas on the hotel. Would recommend and definitely choose to stay again.
