Crown Metropol Perth (couple trip)

We had a 3 night stay, rooms are a little dated, basins cracked little dusty, rooms are well appointed, spacious, view of the swan river, hotel staff friendly, the breaky in the atrium is very old school made for mass production, living in a time warp! Some ideas, , Fresh pastries, what you serve tasteless and stale, chia pudding, seasonal fruit salad, avocado, gluten free options would be great. ...

Loved our night there. Amazing room on the top floor with amazing views. Bed was superb comfy, unfortunately we didn't make use of the bath. Just a shame that you spend so much money there, and you don't even get a bottle of water.

was sold upgraded room that failed to meet what was represented. Problems with amenities, access and service. Room was well presented, but the service and fair of proper working tv and room access was a let down. Very disappointing breakfast buffet. Food was only warm or cold at times, even after staff was informed. Overall, not good value for the money.

Crown has it all, beautiful rooms with amazing views, multiple restaurants for whatever you may fancy, bars everywhere, gambling machines and tables, just to name a few. The staff are so professional but friendly at the same time. There is a great level of service, they go above and beyond for you. The security there also brings a great sense of safety.
