Hands down the rudest service I have ever experienced. Waited an hour and half AFTER the 2pm check in time as our rooms were not ready, when we did get the rooms I feel they still weren’t ready. Man on reception was rude and raised his voice, rooms smell with poor quality beds that’s are more like hammocks, cheap towels and minimal amenities.
