Very dated rooms, staff weren’t the best with service and “wanting to be there”. I am glad I chose this hotel. It's clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's in the center of the CBD area. So it's nearby to everything and it's convenient. Highly recommended! Note: The only thing that I don't like is the choice of gifts - A red wine change to a small chocolate. See picture.

The location is fantastic and very close to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Very friendly staff! The room is spacious and clean. As a so-called four-star hotel and having had good experiences with Adinas in Europe I would be led to expect more from this place. I found the quality of the resort to be far from expected and more comparable to that of a Summerstar caravan park in rural WA. Firstly, housekeeping is not done every day.
