What makes it 81% Couple-Friendly: Couples find scenic walks, heritage tram loops and shaded picnic lawns ideal for quality time, but the daytime family vibe and early closing reduce romantic ambience at night.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for couple trip: 2–3 hours gives time for a train ride, a bush walk, and a picnic without rushing.

Visited the car museum and WOW! what an experience. A nostalgic experience with tons to look at. Volunteers were there on their time to show you everything.

Came to watch the Tarmac Rally event. The park is wonderful has great facilities, there is something for everyone. I had a coffee from the cafe and it was fabulous, Flat White extra shot perfection. Some photos of the Rally. I will be back to check out the Motor Museum.

$20 unlimited stream train entry. Had three rides on three separate trains. Can't go wrong for $20. Really good park. A large and diverse park, as good as it gets without leaving greater Perth

One of the well known parks to visit in Western Australia. It has plenty of sites and attractions to visit, such as Tractor Museum of WA, Caversham Wildlife Park, and many more. There is also a cafe nearby, and there are also playgrounds. It’s best to get here by car, as they provide parking spot as well. Getting here using public transport is still accessible, but it requires a 20-30 minute walk ...

Whiteman Park is a great place for family and friends gatherings. Really nice picnic areas throughout the park. Public toilets are available. Great playground area for children. Plenty of car parking available. My granddaughter loved her special day. We celebrated Ruby's 3rd birthday party at Whiteman Park it was a great family day out. HAPPY 3RD BIRTHDAY RUBY 🥳🎉🎈🎂 🎈🎉 🥰
Visit in August–September to spot wildflowers along the trails. In winter, steam trains run more often and mornings stay mild.
