Joondalup Resort (solo trip)

I do not even think Joondalup Resort deserves even 1 star. The customer service was deplorable and I would not even consider coming back ever, even playing golf. I live just around the corner and I will drive my kids to play golf elsewhere. The staff member had zero customer service skills and I was absolutely gobsmacked.

We're not "country club resort" type people (I booked for convenience when attending a conference here), but I'd stay again!! We got a free room upgrade to a suite... superb! Lovely, peaceful atmosphere and the staff (everyone from reception, to restaurant, bar, conference catering, and cleaners) were without exception some of the friendliest, caring people I've encountered anywhere.

A Memorial gathering 50 family and friends in the View 180 function room was perfect. Bec and Channelle kindly assisted us with staging the occassion and were both considerate and professional…nothing was too much trouble. Wait service and quality of food was exceptional. We spent a lovely night with the special stay and play. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming from the reception, Sophia was amazing, to the golf club to the restaurant everyone was lovely. The rooms were spacious but the bathroom definitely needed an upgrade, our basin was cracked. But the room was clean and comfortable.

Spent three nights for a conference at the beautiful Joondalup Resort. The room was large and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit dated. Enjoyed dinner and drinks in the restaurant, buffet breakfast and a lovely few hours in the Kangaroo Arms. The service was fantastic.
