Awesome experience for year-round enjoyment. Staff were not quite friendly, but they're young. We were quite disappointed to find out AFTER paying that the skating aid (for our 6-year-old, first time skater) was NOT available for use during our nighttime session. This should be disclosed, or the policy should be changed to better accommodate all levels of abilities.

I stood in the shop for a while holding the items I intended to purchase, but the staff member continued serving another customer and completely ignored those waiting to pay. I understand she was busy, but normally a staff member would at least acknowledge you with something like “I won’t be long.” This was the first time I’ve experienced being entirely ignored as a customer ready to check out, so...

Amazing location perfect for ice-skating, pricing is good especially on Thursdays for only 15 bucks. During those days the rush isn’t even that bad. It’s pretty decent. If you’re a beginner or an expert at ice-skating, you can come here as the environment here is very friendly and the food options are pretty decent.
