Alice and Sun were amazing in the front desk when we arirved. They accommodated us easily and even gave us options of upgrades. Then om the next day, when we asked nicely if we can have our room colder, Sun and another gentleman helped us accordingly — lo and behold, our room indeed became colder. Loved this hotel! The atmosphere was elegant yet cozy, and the staff made me feel right at home. My room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many healthy and fresh options. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional.
