The location is good and close to the train and trams. Only a short walk to the shops, depending on what you are looking for there is plenty of dining places and bars. I have stayed here a few times now and I’m coming back in a week, so highly recommend it for what it offers and the star rating that it has.

Lovely hotel close to the heart of the city with easy walking access or a quick jump on the tram. Restaurant and lounge are top notch as well. Jacob at the front desk saved us many headaches when we were delayed in the States by his quick and courteous help with changing our booking!

Staff here need to go on a hospitality course. Came from UK checked in but no interaction no smiling just give me your credit card, this is your room and that's it. If you don't like your job don't do it. Even the lady beside me commented they are so rude and don't smile. Rooms are a bit run down but location is great. Definately wouldn't spend my hard earned money here again.
