The Chen - Art Series (couple trip)

The people in the reception are very nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, bed was very comfy. Location is fantastic - just across the shopping mall. We really enjoyed our stay. The only concern we had was parking. We were only able to park at the hotel carpark the next morning as it was full on our first night. Other than that, we had an amazing time. highly recommend!

Very well located hotel - the airport shuttle bus stops a few minutes walk from the hotel! The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable, an excellent size and had a very handy kitchenette. Lovely bathroom amenities. I was very pleased with this hotel. Oodles of eating options within 5 minutes walk too.

Very conveniently located at the heart of box hill, a short walking distance from box hill central and the station. Staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, the kitchenette and bathrooms were quite modern and we'll maintained. Parking has some limitations, but once the paid hotel parking is exceeded the parking lot across the road is available at the same rate.

The Chen offers an ideal location—just a 4-minute walk to Box Hill Station and Box Hill Central, yet far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. For business travelers, adding a desk monitor would be a great touch, and a full-length mirror in the room would enhance convenience. I wanted to write a review because The Chen showed us a lot of kindness, in allowing us to cancel a non-refundable booking with a full refund because my partner broke his ankle the weekend just gone.
