Quest New Quay are involved with the Sony Foundation and have been an integral part of my best friend's support network. The beds were so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a camping bed! We advised the reception upon booking the two bedroom executive room- it was a special occasion. I have stayed here a few times and I'm always impressed. This time I had to extend my booking but my budget could only allow for a lower rate room, however the reception advised that I could extend and stay in my current room which was an unexpected surprise. Great customer service !

the location was very convenient, the room was clean, and the front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. Just a quick question: we checked in on July 1st and noticed that a charge was made to our card. We’ve checked out today, but we haven’t received the refund yet. My husband and I had a 3-day/2-night stay and we were very much amazed of how clean and tidy this place is. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everything is accessible as the tram station is only a few metres away. There are also good cafes and restaurants around the area and some are open till late hours. Highly recommendable!
