I spent 15 nights, not one staff member attempted to even ask my name. Poor service, crowded and not helpful in general. Biggest issue was the AC, it’s temperamental and it varies up to 2 degrees so suddenly the room is super hot then super cold. It can sit either on 24 or 19 no other options and it’s terrible. I never saw clean glasses by the water cooler with the lemons & oranges. Always left with dirty glasses. When I finally was able to retrieve a clean glass from the bar I was surprised to taste that the water was warm, not cool or cold. What I loved: We stayed in an accessible room and the bedroom was lovely and spacious with plenty of room to manoeuvre. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and had grab bars alongside the toilet, bath, and shower. The bath was low and easy to transfer into, and the shower has a bench attached to the wall.
