Novotel Melbourne Central (couple trip)

We were upgraded to Novotel king suite from Ibis hotel. It is a cozy place to stay. The only comment about room is that it can be too suffocating because there aren’t any air vents, and no balcony whatsoever. This is just a comment as we can’t change anything about it ☺️. Excellent room, arrival and departure service plus concierge service. Some further staff training on efficiency (layout and logistics) and system knowledge in the restaurant would seem appropriate but cannot fault the staff enthusiasm and pleasant nature.

This is the first time our family visited Melbourne.. our flight arrived early in the morning before check in time, we were worried that we would not be allowed to enter the room early.
