Location is perfect. Free parking. Clean linen. However, kettle missing in the room. Upon request, the staff deliver another kettle, which is very dirty and disgusting. Been communicating with concierge however, they can't promise a replacement. This is very disappointing.

For a budget motel the beds were comfortable, rooms very clean with a great rain head in the shower! With an added bonus of a combined hotel that serves great budget meals would recommend this place to any traveller. My only down was no access to free-to-air TV, but internet access was free and fast

I said I have earplugs so should be fine. It looks like it’s actually an event the bar runs and it didn’t end until 1am.
