One particular staff made all the difference. Special thanks for Luna for making our stay comfortable and as hassle free as possible. We broke up our stay in Milano as we went away to outside of Melb, and the transition coming back to Milano was seamless.

Absolutely stunning rooms. Even though there is ongoing construction that can be heard through the windows, in the room I slept in I didn’t notice it. I was able to sit and watch hot air balloons rise above the city in the morning as well, it was magical. The wifi is a bit slow and inconsistent, but that was my biggest complaint.

This service apartment shines with a prime location, featuring a very basic lounge/kitchen area and crucial laundry facilities (washer/dryer) small indoor lap pool and decent gym. These aspects are positives, offering great convenience. However, be aware this is an older building.
