The room was clean & service exceptional! The bed was very uncomfortable however for the second night of my stay they added a comforter for the mattress which was a great improvement! I appreciate the staff for offering this as a solution and being so prompt with actioning the request. The hotel breakfast was great with all the standards of a hotel buffet. Great seating overlooking the early morni...

Hotel is located in a good location. Close to public transport, shops, cafe's & restaurants. Our room was compact but comfortable. The heating in our room wasn't working which wasn't ideal. I reported this to reception and they sent someone to have a look at. I don't think he was a technician and didn't seem to know how to fix it. He said we could possibly change rooms or be provided with a heater...

This hotel is great value for money coupled with a great central location within the CBD. Staff are professional, friendly and always willing to please. The only suggestion that i have is that it is time for the old-style spring mattress with a thin layer of cloth over the top be replaced with more contemporary mattresses. Will continue to use this hotel in the future though.

My daughter and myself recently stayed at this hotel for 4 days and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was well-maintained. The amenities and toiletries provided were good enough and always replenished well if needed. During breakfast at the cafe, the service was friendly and attentive. The staff greeted guests warmly and ensured that tables were cleared promptly. The breakfast selectio...

I didn't expect much, considering the price, but being disturbed by slamming doors and noise in the hallway, and people in the next room, was the last thing I needed on my holiday. I ended up leaving, forfeiting the cost of my pre-paid hotel stay, and moving to the Victoria Hotel which was much nicer and polished (no actual popcorn ceilin...
