Hot & powerful shower; clean & comfortable bed; nice staff, great location. However, kindly stick a post clearly stating that : Smoking is prohibited no matter traditional or e- cigarette!! Since I found somebody secretly smoke e cigarette in the common area TWICE within 4 days!!

Just checked in 5 minutes ago there’s no order in their rooms everything is everywhere shoes with smelly socks, bath towels and under wears hanging around like mangoes . Hostels in Gold Coast take the cup when it comes to cleanness . I’m not even going to sleep in this room will rather sleep in the communal area

I love that housekeeping came to clean the rooms daily, change the bins regularly, and the toilets were sparkly clean! Beds were also comfortable. Nice hotel with a great location in the CBD, right in the city centre. The room was a bit small but the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions.
