Ink Hotel Melbourne Southbank (solo trip)

Staff very friendly and room was very spacious. The bed was really comfortable and the location of the hotel was excellent. The only issue we really had was there was quite a lot of noise in the room during the night but think this was probably because our room was directly next to the lifts.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. It started when our bathroom in Room 1304 flooded, soaking the entire floor. We had to repack all our belongings, lug them downstairs (with no offer of help or an apology), and move. We were "upgraded" to Room 0415, which turned out to be a clear downgrade—a much smaller, open-plan...

We had such a relaxing stay here! The bed was super comfortable, the shower had great pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great tips for places to visit nearby. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to trams and shopping areas. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Melbourne!

They put us in a very small room and awkwardly-shaped. The room didn’t smell well but we managed since we stayed for only two nights. The shower is great though. The staff is kind and helpful, breakfast is good and location is excellent.
