Ibis Styles Kingsgate Hotel (couple trip)

Polite and efficient service. Upgrade from single to double/queen bed was an unexpected and welcomed surprise. Overall excellent value for money. Pleasantly surprised by the room and hotel amenities. A beautiful building or will be once they finish their works.

Had a 4 night stay. Room was not huge, but perfectly OK for 2. Shower was good, as were the rest of the room amenities.
