Absolutely loved this hotel. Hotel, rooms and location are all excellent. Housed in the same building as Novotel, there are two separate lift wells. Check in is self service and easy but lacks a welcome/personal touch. Check out is via express box if before 8am which I found weird given it was also self service. But by the time I flew back to Adelaide there was an invoice in my email saying it has...

My experience was very good. I would recommend it to anyone who is passing through, for work and even on vacation. The hotel reception was excellent. We arrived early (10:30 am) and the room was ready. We came from a very long trip, but thanks to Shivana we were able to check in expressly, which was a relief. I would recommend it a thousand times.

Stayed 2 nights in a standard queen room. Room was clean and tidy but the toilet smelled. Can't blame the cleaner as it came through the pipes. Service wasn't bad. Good value for money though. Wouldn't recommend people with smell sensitivity.

Very pleased with my recent stay at Ibis Melbourne Central. Super close to cafes, restaurants and shopping in CBD and there’s even some good massage places right around the corner. Reception staff were friendly, attentive and helpful from check-in to check-out. Rooms were clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
