Hyatt Place Melbourne Essendon Fields (couple trip)

Really handy as it is midpoint between city and the airport. They have an included shuttle to the airport that runs everyhour which is extra comvenient. Thank you to the concierge staff for his kind gesture of offering us coffees after hearing all the delays and cancellations we've had from jetstar.

Location is overlooking the highway. We were told we were being put in an upgrade to "their best room" which was a room with a connecting room on one side and the elevators on the other, so not quiet. The bathroom has an open hole for a handle, so I hope you like to share EVERYTHING with your travel companions. Convenient, comfortable, and kind staff. I stayed here a little over a week on credit card points while enjoying Australia with a friend. The staff was always hospitable and friendly during my stay.
