My spouse planned a surprise staycation on my birthday and what can I say - this was the best stay we've had and what a beautiful experience!! Right from check-in to room service and the view from inside the room and the setup of the room - everything was just perfect! We even had a swim in the pool with our toddler and he too loved the place! Special mention to Stevie at the check-in desk for th...

We chose Hyatt Centric Melbourne for its excellent location, perfect for our family. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always ready to fulfill any requests to make our stay more enjoyable. The only downside was that the rooms were slightly smaller than expected, but that's just a personal preference. The warm swimming pool was a great bonus, and having breakfast on the 25th fl...

Third time I had breakfast here. The omelette is really good but you want to ask the chef Silva to cook. He is absolutely a nice guy. Last time I told him we’re here to celebrate our anniversary and he did a cake for us immediately! It’s also good to know Langlands restaurant & bar is on 25/F and so you can have spectacular views of Melbourne.

Their attention and care truly stood out. A couple of areas could use some improvement. The toilet sink was clogged during our stay, and unfortunately, there was no one available to address the issue—especially inconvenient given it w...

King room is very spacious, modern, clean and tidy. The bed is massive and amenities are adequate. Our room is on the 8th floor and we could hear the train passing by every time. The noise was noticeable but didn’t bother me. Buffet breakfast was alright, the usual food you would find in any hotel buffet. Tried one morning and didn’t go back. I loved the indoor hotel pool – the good atmosphere a...
