From the moment you arrive, the staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. That signature warm cookie at check-in? Such a simple gesture, but it sets the tone for the rest of your visit. The rooms are spotless, stylishly designed, and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and you have everything you need: from good coffee to quality bathroom...

Breakfast selection was lovely, staff were super friendly. The room did not have any view except the wall. There was some noise coming from hallway area. Location is perfect.

I stayed here for two nights and it was amazing. Thank you to Kayla (I’m sorry if I remembered your name wrong) for a wonderful and hospitable check in. All the staff is very accommodating. The location is SO convenient! It’s perfect to just leave and walk around, there’s tons of restaurants and things to do and public transportation nearby. It’s in the heart of the CBD. I will absolutely stay her...

Overall a good hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, and clean/comfortable rooms. Rooms are starting to feel a little old/dated but they’re still nice. Convenient location, however, just be cautious late a night. Being so close to the train station there are some interesting characters hanging around at night.
