Stayed here for a few rights with a recent work trip. The hotel is a lovely place to stay with some excellent views facing the city if you get the right level. The only complaint I’ll make is that the air conditioner just never seemed to get cold enough overnight. What a wonderful hotel!! Location is right next to the Crown Casino, great restaurants.. easy to walk to areas of interest. The beds are comfortable and the pillows a perfect. Staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet is a little too expensive so I didn’t eat there. The gym is wonderful and the pool is amazing. Definitely worth staying here

Disappointing. We stayed here a couple of months ago and found a fake finger nail on the floor by the window (photo attached) A small child could easily pick this up and put it in their mouth, not to mention it was so easily visible not even under the day bed!
