I have stayed here numerous times when travelling for business, as well as the Crown Promenade. For events located at the Exhibition centre, this is a great choice. Very disappointing experience. Waited far too long to check in — only two staff on reception despite approx. ten desks being available. Room was absolutely filthy on arrival: dust everywhere, chipped furniture, dirty doorways, and something sticky on the table leg. Bad experience at this motel. The room is old and dated, and there is no complimentary water provided. I asked for water and a high chair and then was told I could I only use minibar paid water and I should just drink from the tap.
