College Lawn Hotel (couple trip)

Lunch was great in the beer garden yesterday. The food was great and the best draught beer I've had in a long while. The service was perfect. The tall, fair haired guy could not have been more helpful. Deserves a raise.

Just found my new local. Just like being in a pub back at home. Steak was perfectly cooked. Tabs and Matty in the public bar were absolute legends, and made us feel right at home with their hospitality and banter.

Amazing vibe, great service - food and drinks came so fast! Food was delicious. Tabs was brilliant and needs a special mention!! She made us feel like we were at home and gave the best service we have ever received at a bar!! Will definitely be back 😊

Food was amazing, such a nice vibe. We love coming down to the local! Service is quick, sports are playing & there’s good tunes in the garden. Tabs sat us down, made us feel very comfortable & has a great sense of humour. Keep that girl on! 🩷

Stayed here for 2 nights mid week while the missus stayed at the hospital nearby. Beautifully maintained pub from the outside, the the pub itself down stairs is very flash also. The accommodation upstairs however, is quite a different story. Firstly, this is hostel style accommodation, private rooms, but with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities.
