For the price - this is very poor. Few windows, dark, no view and barely any room in the bedrooms. Excellent location for a first-time visitor to Melbourne. The tram stop is right outside, Chinatown is just a street away, and there’s plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Made for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the executive studio, which we found clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything one could need to be self contained. The location of this hotel is excellent with free trams nearby running to anywhere in the CBD. There's a great choice of restaurants and only a short walk to the mall, we will certainly stay again in the future.
