Excellent location and incredible service! The front desk went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! Really in the heart of central Melbourne, and great value! Also very quiet!

Our stay here was pleasant. The room was basic and clean. It was rather an odd shape with a large wall where one would have expected a window. Location is very central, though that does come with more background noise at night (from a nearby nightclub, garbage trucks at 3am, etc). Service was excellent as there was someone at the front desk 24hrs a day.

Location was just perfect for me. Close to everything (Central Station, trams, food and coffee). The bed was absolutely comfortable, I wish I stayed more in my room than be out and about! Upon check-in, I was informed by the lovely receptionist that I was upgraded to a Queen Studio and I was very pleased.
