Couples can share the Scenic Railway, take sunset photos at the iconic gate, and stroll St Kilda beach nearby, yet the crowded, noisy midway offers limited romantic quiet.
Why 4-5 hours visit duration is ideal for couple trip: Allows time for key rides and a sunset walk along the Esplanade without rushing.

Luna park is a fantastic piece of history! Such a fun day out and we are always entertained! The staff are also super nice and they have the coolest uniforms !!

It might be better if the park had all their rides open of an afternoon. It seems tired and unloved. I hope whatever they are working on there construction wise, gives them an economic boost.

Cute little amusement park, but it’s pretty small and often overcrowded. There aren’t many attractions, so it’s more fun for kids than for adults. If you’re a parent, it’s a nice place for a family outing. Just don’t expect a lot of thrilling rides or adult activities. Overall, it’s a charming spot for kids, but maybe not the best choice for adults looking for fun!

I haven't been to Luna Park for a few years, so I thought it was time to return. I was very pleasantly surprised and we had a great day out . The booking process was quick and easy online (you can buy tickets at the gate, but the park can reach capacity, especially on a nice day or weekend, so it isn't worth the risk). The park was clean, everything was well organised and run efficiently. Line w...

I wanted to like this park, I wanted to enjoy it's retro appeal. In reality though the park is looking fairly rundown in parts and the operations SUCK. There are loads of staff on each ride, but they seem to be massively inefficient and slow - making for super frustrating waits, and even once you're on the ride the loading procedures are so slow that it takes a load of the fun out of it.
