We had a wonderful stay at this hotel/casino. The drop off bay for the lobby is not easy to identify however we got it sorted in the end. The reception staff were very good and our room exceeded our expectations. Coffee downstairs in the Merchant Tea Rooms was very good as were the light meals in the casino itself (Flinders …something). We would have no hesitation in staying there again when next ...

Wonderful check-in and check-out experience! Friendly and helpful! Great location to the water / Great Barrier Reef activity office and also the pier where the boat was. The hotel was nice and the cafe and breakfast was great with good food options, coffee and service. The room is definitely aged. Needs updating and re-painting and a bit more cleaning. I stayed for just one night.
