We absolutely loved our stay in a Deluxe Harbour View room with a balcony. Fabulous location. The room was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. Loved having a coffee pod machine The staff were exceptional, very professional and accomodating across the board. This will definitely be our go to place for our next stay in Cairns. ❤️

Our check-in was done quickly and Jenny is a beautiful person with a big smile. Our room we chose to upgrade and so pleased we did, it was absolutely beautiful with a balcony to look at the water. The foyer is absolutely stunning, didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Once again a special mention to Jenny for being so polite and funny. We felt very well looked after!
