Checked in at 15.15 no problems but others in our 37 strong tour group did. (Room not ready, other people's luggage in your room, door cards not working.) Room was nice and clean. Bathroom mirror fogged up quickly as not as much ventilation as the main room making shaving awkward. We had a memorable stay. Whilst the building could do with a refresh, the service in all areas of the property was exceptional. There wasn’t one bad experience and everyone was always willing to help. The breakfast was lovely.
