Arcadia Village Motel (couple trip)

I just arrived at this hotel and had a great first impression. The service was very warm and welcoming, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful room, lovely pool, and a great overall setting. I would definitely recommend this place.

Enjoyed my stay on Magnetic Island and Arcadia was the perfect spot to stay. Excellent location, restaurant had a really cool vibe that transformed at night to the location had good energy to it. Abuts beautiful pristine beaches and heaps of hikes around, will definitely stay again!

Owners and service were outstanding very helpful. Room was comfortable great hot shower but old tired bathroom. Close to hotel with meals and toad racing on Wednesday was a fun activity.

We are very disappointed with the service I received. There was absolutely no professional service provided, and it was clear that customer care was not a priority. When I arrived, my room was in a disgusting condition. I had no choice but to book another stay elsewhere immediately upon arrival.
