Went to the daily 10am Keepers tour... Lea was excellent guide with some great insights on all the animals.. particularly the dingos. They could do with more staff at the tills to enter as was busy and 1 girl making coffee, selling tickets and taking payment from gift shop.

My island coffee haven. Nestled beside the koala's and animal exhibits. This cafe boasts a range of juices, snacks, cakes, sandwiches, and pastries. Cafe entry is free, with a separate fee applying to the wildlife park, and a premium VIP experience available for booking.

Cute Cafe with super friendly staff and the most gorgeous animals. Take the kids to see and pet the animals and finish off with some light lunch. Typical bakery or local dairy menu. We were able to walk in as it was a Tuesday off mid Aug off peak season. Party of 5.

Hamilton Island Wildlife Park was a disappointing experience. The $35 ticket price per adult felt unreasonable, given the poor conditions the animals were kept in. The enclosures were far too small, especially for the giant crocodile and dingoes, which was heartbreaking to see. Even the koalas had very limited space, making the entire place feel cramped and unsuitable for the animals’ well-being. ...

Great place to spend an hour or so with the kids. If you can, do go for the up close experiences. This is not a huge exhibit by any means, however, it is very charming and pleasant. The quaint cafe with the koalas is just the spot to relax and have a drink or two. Highly recommended for younger kids.
