Absolutely worth every single penny! The whole experience was seamless and well-organized, but the real star? The views. Our pilot even mentioned we got extra lucky as the weather and water clarity made the reef look unreal from above. It’s one thing to snorkel or take a boat, but seeing the entire reef system from the air was breathtaking on another level. The colors, the patterns, the sheer siz...

The Reef hopper tour is definitely recommended. The flight provided a great overview of the Great Barrier Reef and Green Island. The pilot Carola is friendly and provides informarion on the reefs below. The plane is small, but seats 7 people, everyone has a window seat for everyone to enjoy the view. Flight is just under an hours and takes you out 25 km to view the reef. Well recommened!

It was a beautiful and clear day for the tour, there was a little wind but not too much to make the ride bumpy. We had an amazing tour of different reefs and amazing water colors. We took a lot of pictures. Our pilots for the day were Jett and Carola. We departed Cairns ...

We had a great time. Troy was a great driver and pilot! He was very professional and made us feel comfortable! It's great to see all the places we visited earlier in the week from the sky.
Dry season (May–Oct) offers clear skies and calm seas. Wet season (Nov–Apr) may cause flight delays or cancellations. No flights on Christmas Day.
